Beware of CAMCO
I don’t even know where to start with these people! We have had a violation probably 10x since we’ve lived in our home for 6 years! For instance one of the violations was that I was in my front yard watering. Well they got a picture of me watering so my hose was across the driveway while I was watering my flowers. They sent me a picture that my hose was not rolled up nicely and set aside. Well probably because u can see me in the picture watering. What a joke. The best one is we have a Toyota four runner that has plates and was registered. It’s a second vehicle more of a collectors item. It’s not an eyesore or broke down. Well needless to say we hadn’t used the truck in a few months. The towing company was marking our tires to see if it moved it. I don’t drive it, so it wouldn’t be moved that often. Well they towed the vehicle illegally! We called the tow company and explained the situation. The owner called me back and apologized profusely and tow companies never bring your car back ever. Not only did they bring our truck back, when we inspected the truck the back tires were flat and there were wires sticking up from the hood. We had no idea how this could be. They damaged my truck and so now we are stuck fixing what they damaged. Hard to prove since we didn’t have any pics . Our word against theirs. So now I have to put my truck in my garage which is where I parked my newer car. Needless to say, the HOA told them to tow! Again it seems like this company is never in the office! U cannot get thru to any human. I don’t believe they have a working office because I have yet to get a call back and we’ve been here 6 yrs. We bought the home brand new! Whatever u do, steer clear from this HOA they are looking to fine you and will drive around taking pics and not even bothering to look better to see if it’s an actual violation. They are padding their pockets for no good reason! CAMCO YOUR ASKING FOR A LAWSUIT! We may be the ones who get one going for the whole community! I’ve spoken with all my neighbors and they all agree! I am turning them into the better business bureau. For unlawful violations and may take it a step further and hire our own attorney!! Buyers beware they are the shady HOA’s u hear about !!
