I've never been disappointed
I've never been disappointed with any transaction at Caddis Fly shop. Reels, Rods, Flys, and gear are top notch. Just tell them where you're going and they have been there. Staff always wants to know

Well. I live in east coast now so I shop online. However the staff in the store has always been super helpful. Online the selection and inventory is accurate and they ship fast and affordable. Just some reliably fishy ass people.

Be aware when purchasing gift…
Be aware when purchasing gift certificates online! I purchased a $100 GC and after 5 days, it had not been sent (via email). The confirmation said it would be sent within 24 hours. My card had been charged, but still no gift card. When I called, the mgr told me it was held up because the addresses didn't match? We only use one address, and how would my card have been charged if it was wrong???? It was supposed to be a birthday present, which turned out to be very late. I suggest going into the store in person if you want to purchase a gift card. If you can't do that, make a follow up phone call asap.

I have been shopping for my fly fishing needs since Bob Guard opened the Caddis Fly in the mid 1970’s. Also enjoyed first class service and Under Chris Daughter’s ownership, he and his folks have continued what Bob started. I support my local shops whenever possible. Phil Hunter
