Do NOT buy direct from KableKontrol.com, the MFG company...EVER! Cabletiesandmore.com is about 1/2 the total price for this exact same brand and the shipping is affordable too, about almost 1/3 of what Kable Kontrol was going to charge for the same order.

Ordered several products that were listed "in stock." Six days later, I checked the shipping status--what's this? It hasn't shipped, and it's on backorder. CTAM didn't bother to send an email with this info. I need the items ASAP, so I called. Customer service isn't in Hamburg NY...it's on the other side of the world. The gentleman who I dealt with was utterly unhelpful, and was unable to even process a refund, so I did a chargeback via my credit card. I'm taking CTAM off my company's vendor list. Inaccurate stock info on website, strike one. Failure to notify of delay, strike two. Offshored customer service?? Strike three, ejected, banned from the league. America First, always.

I use these on my sawmill blades when they are sharpened and coiled for storage. They have never broken and an added bonus is the many colors. I use the colors to let me know how many times they have been sharpened. Great price also!!

Whoever runs this company needs to resign immediately and let someone who knows how to run a 3rd party company take over. I ended up waiting for 3 months before I got tired and asked them to just cancel my order. Every phone call was “it will ship next week”. TERRIBLE!

Absolute disappointment. First order was shipped incomplete with zero communication, so we found out too late that we wouldn't be able to keep our promise to our end-user customer.Order was supposed to ship out next-day-air. It didn't. Zero communication.Took forever to get tracking information, then finally found out it shipped to a different state, wrong address. Was told they were re-shipping.Emailed customer service (same email address that had previously responded) three times asking for new tracking information and never got it.Called in on a Monday to talk to a manager, only to be told that the entire management team was off for a Canadian holiday and that I should call back tomorrow.Back-order finally arrived but was short-shipped. Again, zero communication. Packing slips don't match the reality of the shipment. They just show the whole order shipping complete regardless of the fact they didn't.Sent in an email asking for management help, got a response from a CSR stating that the shipment was broken into 4 tracking numbers and the rest was still in transit.Don't order from CTAM if you expect proactive communication, timely responses, and any attention at all from management. Worst customer service experience I've had all year. I deliver an outstanding customer service experience to my customers, and expect the same from my suppliers. Therefore, CTAM is no longer one of my suppliers.

We ordered a carton of cable management raceways and the product was extensively damaged in shipping. They sent an immediate replacement at their cost while investigating the issue with the carrier. Based on this customer service and willingness to address issues, I would recommend this company and plan to do business with again.

Supports second reply to my complaint was professional and finally addressed my open questions. As such, I am adjusting my 1 star to two stars. For the Record, a 5 star to me is above and beyond. 4 is excellent service, and three is average. Although questions were answered, overall, the initial engagement was below average. That being said, I trust the order process will be smooth.

Not an honorable company
I called Cabletiesandmore on October 23rd and asked if a particular bag was made in the US. I was assured twice by customer service that yes they were made 100% in the US. I placed the order and when they arrived the boxes very clearly say that they were made in China. I submitted a return inquiry via the process on the webiste, I received no response. I sent another request and got an answer. The answer was not to my liking so I called and explained that I was sold something that I did not receive and I simply wanted a complete refund including shipping and to send the products back. Customer service said no over and over until I asked to speak to management who also told me no. I accepted to be refunded the amount of my purchase but not the shipping. This never materialized so I called again and had a similar conversation. This time I was told that not only would I be charged the shipping but I would also pay a 20% restocking fee. I said that was fine and I would be leaving them a bad review so that others knew what kind of business they were dealing with. After hanging up I got a call back and was told that management decided to issue the full refund. We are now at Novemeber 25th and 3 emails checking on the refund with no results. Mistakes are fine but you need to fix them. This is just the right thing to do. Cabletiesand more refuses to do so regardless of the flexibility they are given. It's too bad.

A terrible experience
A terrible experience. No customer service and they not ship on time. I ordered what was supposed to be a stock item that I needed right away. When after 2 business days it hadn’t shipped I contacted customer service via email and requested the order be cancelled. They never replied to that email. I also called and requested the order be cancelled. They assured me that they would and that they would follow up by email. They didn’t do either one and instead shipped the order to me a week later.
