One of my favourite developers, and long before Shaperbox was released. Cableguys are a quality outfit. Everything they make is reliable, and clearly beta-tested to destruction before they're released. Never once encountered a problem in somewhere around 15 years of use, with any of their products.....even the really early ones like Midishaper. Absolutely rock solid customer support, and fast too. 11 out of 10
Messaged customer support about purchasing Shaperbox 2 since its not available anymore and I received a response saying that if I bought Shaperbox 3 they would add it to my account. Two whole months later I purchased Shaperbox 3 and the same day I emailed them saying I bought it, they added Shaperbox 2 to my account. Amazing service.
Great plug-ins and GREAT costumer support. Even in the weekend I got a reply by mail. They get back within a day and truly help out. Plenty updates also.

They are great! I had two accounts by mistake with different plugins and they helped me unite them into one with all my plugins within like 18 hours without the need for conversations.Also, their plugins are outstanding, 100% recommend.
