My withdrawal is MIA
I attempted to use their service to sell some HBAR on june 4th. It is now june 12th. It has been 6 business days, double their maximum estimated time. I contacted them to ask for an update 3 days ago, and they said they would look into it. No update has come. My money is still in limbo, presumed gone.

Ashamed !I purchased XRP through C14 and It has now been over 24 hours, and the XRP has not been delivered to my wallet. I sent an email to the support yesterday, but I have received no response despite their claim that 99% of transactions are processed within 10 seconds.This is extremely frustrating, as there has been no communication or update on my transaction. l've provided all necessary details, including my wallet address, and still no resolution. I urge C14 to address this issue immediately and improve their customer support responsiveness. I hope to update this review positively once resolved, but for now, this experience is unacceptable.

30% of assets gone to C14
Bought for 1000 euro (1130 USD) an asset and when I received it. It was only worth around 800 USD. Which is 30% less. Sure exchange rates. Sure some fees. But 30%. Where did that go. The rate of the asset only dropped max 3% today. I should have checked the numbers before buying but you should expect that what is shown is a normal rate. Checked my formar uses of C14 too and the same thing. But where lower prices and took some days every time. So didn't notice it before. Feel scammed for sure, and never going to use C14 again.

I recently started using C14 as my crypto provider together with the Hashpack wallet, and my experience has been quite positive overall. What I love the most is the convenience—I'm able to directly purchase various cryptocurrencies using my Euro credit card without hassle.During a period when the market was quite volatile, there was a slight delay in receiving my crypto. However, after reaching out to the C14 support team, the issue was quickly resolved, and the crypto successfully arrived in my wallet.On my second purchase, everything went perfectly smooth—I received my cryptocurrency within approximately 30 minutes. Erich is the best! I've used C14 many times before with zero issues. I've only had an issue once with a delayed order, but Erich is always right there to answer your email and get anything fixed. Couldn't ask for a better service for on-ramping crypto. CEX's will NOT provide this level of support.

It was very easy to buy without the need to go through a million steps of you know what I mean. I had issues as the system was being slow to send me my XRP. Everywhere I buy xrp the transaction happens within seconds. This may be due to the fact that I was purchasing through C14 for the first time. I contacted them by email and they got back to me within the hour. And were very professional and kind to me and fixed the issues and had my xrp delivered within minutes. I was very pleased with the assistance and the high level of respect they gave me. I will buy through C14 again and if it is much faster than last time , I will use again and again. The fees were basically the same everywhere else. I am Canadian and it’s expensive to buy xrp. Netcoins makes their money off of you when you transfer to an external wallet, atm machines are crazy high , and wealth simple is great to store it but they take your taxes from you when you sell it and basically you have no control. This way- we have total control through C14 and they transfer directly to you Xaman wallet. Thank you for the respect and support and kindness you showed me. This will indeed bring good business your way.

used c14 a few times the first purchase typically takes a little while but after that they are basically instant! The support team and Erich the founder were super fast to respond to my queries on a payment! i recommend 10/10
