Communication was spot on. The chat was actually quite prolonged because of my many questions. All the questions were answered appropriately. When I received the hearing aids they were ready to go right out the box as the audiologist had matched my audiogram to program the hearing aid before I even received them. The hearing aids that I purchased were half the price that my prior audiologist had quoted. The new devices are working perfectly.
I've had hearing aids for years and I'm completely satisfied with my Phonak pair.
The delivery was longer than I expected, based on their own stated objective. Customer service did not seem very knowledgeable about the performance of the item itself- kind of generic. The item purchased, a add-on for my Signal hearing aid works, but certainly not to the extent that it has resolved most of my issues. Just kind of average.
This is my third pair of hearing aids but my first experience with buyhearingaid.com. I've found the company to be very responsive. I've never had a problem getting in touch with a representative. They've been very helpful. I purchased the Oticon Zeal's at the best possible price and found them to be everything I had hoped for. I'd add, follow up assistance was very forthcoming. My next set of hearing aids will be from buyhearingaid.com.
Purchase process went without a hitch.Items purchased have still not arrived.I utilized the adjustment service. It went well.
Follow up after sale was poor so far. Emails with no response regarding programming adjustments. Disappointed

Very knowledgeable, Audiology call was fantastic. In fact I needed a call back from the audiologist on a small issue, she called me right back and issue resolved. Love the Signia hearing aids I bought and although they are inherently expensive, I really liked the price I paid.Great Compsny👍
They did a great job in getting what I needed. Every time I call them with a question they always have an answer. I saved a lot of money buying from them. Customer service is great.
Company was very easy to work with. Haven't had any problems at all. My audiologist was able to call them and register my hearing aids (serial numbers) with them as well.
The description of the product was accurate. The size is great for use as a travel charger. It's working nicely for me.
