Buy Boat Fridges runs their business the way mom and pop business use to run their businesses where they cared more about building long-term relationships than making quick sales. I didn't know this model still existed and I thank my lucky stars that I discovered Buy Boat Fridges to help me with my Sprinter Van appliances and repairs. They will have my business for life.

He provided such exceptional customer service that I wish I was in Florida just to give him a hug.Not only did they offer the best price I could find anywhere, but the shipping was also cheaper AND faster than all the other retailers I contacted. When you’re living full-time in a van and your fridge dies, speed matters - and Masoud understood that completely.If you need a marine refrigerator, don’t waste time shopping around. Worked with Masoud. He was great. Not only was he a very informed and competent sales person, he knew the Vitrifrigo product. Was able to advise me what I needed and get it shipped to Alaska quickly and cost effectively. Wild thing was this company answers their phone 24/7. I had no idea. Here in Alaska we are very used to working across tine zones. This company is not only awake… but alert in the Alaskan afternoon.Thanks for your help!

The experience was easy
The experience was easy. Navigating the site, options, specifications was a breeze. Once committed to order the product the quick response, follow up phone call (which never happens in most companies), pictures of product as it was being prepped for shipping, then email and another follow up call after it shipped. Amazing service levels!

Excellent customer service! These guys know what’s up. Had my parts in stock and to me in one day and with their help I was able to repair my refrigerator and not pay for a tech to come to the boat. Highly recommended
