Gabriel, the travel agent, was very patient with us while we decided what flight would be best. He located the best option that was not only the shortest time in the air flying but the price was significantly lower than what we could find shopping ourselves on line. I always used travel agents in the past before computers but I stopped that and went to computers, Big Mistake, Travel agent is the best way to go, I highly recommend it and Business Skies has a great agent who helped me.

Good service and I was able to commute with Ian the agent by text. And have no problem. I am life time gold with United. And one K.with United until 2019. And been using them since 1960. And I found using my upgrade is much harder. Since 2019 I become using other airlines. This first time I use discount agents so far I don’t have any problem.

UPDATE: I finally got an email response from the supervisor, Tyke, who blamed his crew on being unable to send me an email with the invoices. (Tacky). His email did explain all the charges but the most recent flight did no have insurance covering it nor was I ever offered that. Overall, this whole experience was one of pressure, confusion, lack of VERBAL explanations. I was given very little time to review the quotes "As the better fares were going fast." In spite of my better judgement, I went with it. However, I made the decision to just swallow the close to $5000, not use Icelandair, and booked myself on American Airlines, flying direct to Dublin and back, premium class. I hope that I have learned my lesson: Never use a third party to book flights. !!!!!Check out my previous reviews for this company. I have been waiting for a complete invoice for my most recently booked flights from the US to London via Icelandair. I was promised this by the supervisor, Tyke Williams, who took over my case after the agent Dylan was fired. For whatever reason, on the original flights, I had to choose my meals (not flying until end of May) and pay for them, Is this standard for Icelandair business class?) and was offered to purchase insurance, which I did. To date, I don't know if the tickets have been issued, I don't know if I have to purchase meals, I don't know if I have insurance for the flights. I have called and left emails with no response. I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Business Skies.
