What a scam
What a scam. Deceptive advertising from the beginning. They boast certain ingredients and when you get the capsules, the bottle maybe only lists 1 or 2 of the 4 they talk about. Very misleading when they offer more bottles for reduced price. I ordered 6 and then the offer pops up so I bit.....the way they describe it, you get 12 bottles at a certain price but suddenly my card is charged for 18 bottles. Luckily, I got 12 bottles refunded after I called a number right away. I got 6 bottles but decided not to open them. You know the saying....if it sounds to good to be true......I sent bottles back right away at my own expense and waited. I waited for thirty days after I saw they had gotten the pills back. That was almost 2 months ago. I'm still waiting for a refund. The phone number no longer works and I have filled out request forms over and over but all I get is another form but this time it stops the process because it is now past 60 days!!!! Next step is trying to see if my credit card company can help. DONT FALL FOR IT!

Burnslim is a scam on so many levels. First, the ingredients touted on the video are not the ingredients listed on the product. Second, the 3 free gifts promised don't arrive with the product and never come. And third, the product does nothing to help you lose weight. I emailed support and the emails were returned undeliverable. If you are unfortunate enough to have trusted the video, go back and take screen shots of the promises. Not only 60 day guaranteed refund but "you don't even have to send the bottles back". If you used a credit card you have all you need to dispute the purchase.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I got sucked into the burn slim weight loss pills and they didn't work at all!!!!! The video stated, if not satisfied they will give a FULL REFUND. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING AND BOGUS!!! THEY WONT GIVE A REFUND ACCORDING TO CARTPANDA after 60 days, which was NOT in the video!!! I was on the phone for over 30 minutes., and they REFUSED!!! I can only imagine how many customers they have refused also!! Their product is BOGUS and obviously they're NOT there for the customer, ONLY THE MONEY!!!!! EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!!!! This is A BIG RIP OFF!!!!!! Originally started in December 2025.

Burn Slim is a complete scam. I fell for one of their videos. First, the doctor and Kelly Clarkson in the video do not promote this product. They are AI generated. Second, they said they would send me 3 bottles at a special rate and 3 bottles for free. They charged me full price for six bottles. I returned all product, unopened; verified they received the return; and have been fighting for my return for 2 months now. This is a rip-off and they are not a legitimate business with any amount of integrity. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

Not impressed with customer service
I received the supplement and haven’t taken it yet. I was called by a specialist but couldn’t take the call. Have left several messages with them saying they will return the call. Also tried the # for the warranty company Clickbank. Message said they had 100 calls waiting with 0 wait time. So- not sure what’s going on!!I’ve also looked at the ingredients. They are nothing like the information that I watched with Dr Jennifer Ashton on Facebook. Do not trust it because they had Kelly Clarkson saying she lost weight with it. On Google Kelly said it wasn’t her. Probably the same with Ophra Winfrey. Now I’m thinking it was a counterfeit ad that I watched for an hour. called and it says they are closed on and every time i send an email i get return cause bogus website. no one to answer my emails and phone number this is a scam they don’t even give you instructions it nothing to do with the pink gelatin. i am going to try and get a refund

This was the worse company I have ever dealt with. The customer service team was horrible. I have reached out to them so many times just to get angry every time I spoke with someonePlease do not purchase anything from this BurnSlim company. It's a scam. The BBB should look into this company really fast.

the product gave me serious stomach pain and vomiting and caused severe diahrehea. I showed it to my doc and she said under NO circumstance should I continue that product. called them that day after 2 days use and requested a refund. I got part of the refund but not a full refund of the complete amount as promised. I have emailed and called the company to see about the rest of the refund. nothing but run around and stalling. expect to call the lawyer soon.It has been well over a month since I requested the refund and returned the product to them ( at my own expense) and still getting the run around.

It was the biggest mistake to order this product they don't have a customer service phone number so you can't talk to anybody and if you want to send it back to get a refund you have to pay for shipping and they want to give you 70% of what you actually put out this company should not be able to sell it's a scam!

im very disappointed in this burn slim. Im on my second month and it seems i have not lost a single pound. I faithfully take it ever morning and nothing. I cant leave a message to get my money back so i guess ill continue it and see if i get any results after the 3rd bottle.

Ashton's ad came up on my tablet. After listening to it for so long, it was buy 3 and get 3 free. I thought I would try it. I was charged for 6. I was also supposed to get a $500.00 ZARA Gift Card. Did not receive.I cannot find a customer service phone number anywhere.
