A taxi company hit my car and buckle up insurance company hasnt once got back to me about fixing my car its been 7 months now . This insurance company is a big joke 😒 there scamming everyone on here .

A deer ran into my car and for a week I was trying to get a hold to my adjuster and when I had said I was going to get a lawyer then all of a sudden adjuster calls me 3 minutes later. My car is in the shop and the shop is trying to get a hold to the adjuster no call back or anything and so my car can't get fixed until they get the parts approved. It's hard to get a hold to someone to talk to you're waiting forever and all of a sudden they say leave a message and they never call you back this company is not a good company at all rideshare's all I do and I haven't worked for 2 weeks now and still no one's called me back or call the shop so that they can start on my car however I still have to pay my car insurance the communication and this company is horrible you have to wait so long to get someone on the phone and most of time you don't get anyone and if you get someone they can't help you. This is my only source of income I haven't drove in 2 weeks what am I supposed to do how am I supposed to pay my bills they seem to care less. Why do they have a company that doesn't answer the phones or call you back like they say they are SMH🤦
It took SIX MONTHS to resolve my accident claim; my rates were raised, of course, but I did not get a check to cover repairs for SIX MONTHS! No help; no response to call and/or emails; no itemized estimate of repairs needed. I had to NAG and try multiple avenues of contact via multiple accounts MANY times just to get what I DID get!! This is a joke!
Their website doesn’t allow one to view their policy at all. Not the Policy Number, Insurance Card or Policy. It’s very difficult to get ahold of anyone to answer any questions. I needed to add another family member to my policy that resides with me and was told I couldn’t even though it’s a state law. The document signer fails to go through so it’s resent multiple times and after not registering a signature I was told it was okay that it wasn’t signed. I asked if I was in an accident and it wasn’t signed would I be covered and was told yes. My friend that I referred to Buckleup was in an accident and it took over a month for her vehicle to even be towed from the wrecker yard to the mechanic and NO ONE would return either hers or my calls or emails. When they finally did the woman lied and the wrecker yard owner stuck up for us because he knew we called everyday and he even called on her behalf. I have experienced nothing “professional” from this company and I’m wondering if it’s a legit company or a scam.
I love the insurance. I’d love them even more if they would give me the gift card I was promised for signing up. 🤷♂️
Liked the simple easy application and purchase,but would like to have something in writing for proof of insurance, especially in case of of traffic stops. The phone just shows a policy number with no details

I don't appreciate being charged an extra $10, on the day of my payment being due. First, I thought that I had setup autodraft, but much to my surprise, I guess that isn't possible. I received a email a couple of days earlier, but I didn't get to that email 2 days later, and when I tried to make payment, it was denied, due to the "make Payment" had expired, as it is only good for 24hrs. So then I had to email back & forth with Support, which makes it very inconvenient. Keep in mind this was the due date.
Love this company, the right rideshare insurance for all my rideshare delivery service needs.
