Placed an order on January 8th for an item that was posted as in stock. Sent first request for help on January 20th with no response. Second request on January 27th with no response. Sent a note on February 4th and did get a response. The item is on backorder and won't go out until the end of February. Very frustrating.
Ordered an item during a sale in the new EU website. After receiving a confirmation email, two weeks pass without updates. I get in touch with customer service: the ticket confirmation email promises a reply "usually within 2-3 business days". A whole week goes by before I get my first response: apparently the item is backordered and I need to wait longer. In the meantime, the item is still listed as in stock and can be ordered.
