Never processed my refund
The range I bought from Brightest Home stopped working after a few months, and when I tried to file a warranty claim, they told me that they didn't have the part to fix it, so I could return it for a refund. They told me that they would process my refund after they picked up the broken range. They picked it up on August 5, and it is now December 3, and I still haven't received my refund. I've contacted them 20 times and they don't respond, so I'm still out $1000.
