Was charged $60 shipping from UPS after I paid you to ship. Nothing was said to me about additional charges that cost more then the parts I ordered

Great tools even after 5+ years of daily Industry usage!
I wanted to wait some time before leaving a review and get some good usage out of my tools before leaving a review. I’ve now had over 5 years of hard work with them. I’m an aircraft mechanic and I have used the 14 drawer 72 inch Pro Series tool box along with the 217 piece master tool set along with a few other Eva foam sets. I use these tools everyday and I am extremely impressed with the quality of these tools and the box. In an industry that preaches Snap-On I’m happy to say these tools have never let me down. As far as warranty goes it truly is hassle free. I only recently had to submit a warranty claim for 2 tools and BoxoUSA was quick to respond and sent the replacements out same day. Customer service is great and they have worked with me multiple times from ordering, to doing charity donations to support a couple of non-profits we work with. I highly recommend BoxoUSA and will continue buying more tools from them.

Top quality box
Top quality box. Only gripe I would have is the included little rubber mats aren't a 100% fit. But whatever that's nothing, the box itself is amazing. Replaced my 54" us general with this

Made in Taiwan
It's really my own fault, I assumed Boxo"USA" would be made in the USA. I was really disappointed to find out they are made in Taiwan. Should have just bought Icon from HF and saved some $, also made in Taiwan, but at least they're are not trying to deceive people.

Glove holder that is beautiful and functional
This unit is very well made and finished. Most tool storage items like the glove holders come unfinished. This one match's the tool box exactly.

The quality of this toolbox is amazing
The quality of this toolbox is amazing. The foam that hold the tools in the drawers is awesome and great quality. The tools are amazing and they have good weight to them. I feel that all items are great quality. The shipping was fast and packaging was good so there was no dings or dents. Was very satisfied with boxoUSA and the quality of their items.

72” loaded with custom trim color
Bought the 72” loaded box back in November. Had them do the trim in a purple which really pops on the box. Overall great experience, had the pleasure of doing business with Prentiss and he was very quick to answer all my questions.

Excellent addition to my production shop
Fast shipping, nothing damaged, and fantastic product. Super happy with the tools and toolbox. The foam organizers are super trick, and really helps with 5S having a bright red spot when an item is missing. Only negative - the box drawers don't open completely out, so the sockets in the back of the foam are hard to get out (and the top drawers on each box open even less due to lock mechanism). Not a deal breaker by any means, but that would make it 5 star for me.
