Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.I went to the store because supposedly they were specialists in miniature dogs, they told me they would get the dog we were looking for, which the owner "knew how to select." In short, they have $ 12,000 that they do not want to return to me and I have had to hire a lawyer. I live in Spain and I came to Florida to get the dog and it turned out that it was a dog that you can get for $ 1,000 in Spain, it is not a micro YORSHIRE TERRIER. The worst thing, they play with the illusion and feeling of people for money, in a product for them, for us it is part of the family.

First of all let me say the our PIPER…

First of all let me say the our PIPER is a teacup Pomeranian (9 months) we adore her! Buying a dog from here is somewhat stressful in itself....trust me not very friendly. For $7,000 dollars I would expect a little better customer service. The day we brought her home she had a vet visit & we were told she had luxating Patellas...this is my 3rd Pom so we were familiar with that. We said we would watch them as I never needed to do anything about my other poms. Boy were we in for a shock....fast forward 6 months & she starts limping, took her to a well known ortho for dogs & she has level 3 patella's (that go out of socket both ways which is rare )It is a must for surgery....each surgery is a two month ordeal...keeping the dog confined then rehab... this must be done twice as it would be inhumane to do them both at the same time. The bill is a whopping $10,500 dollars. This can be prevented if they vetted their dogs & cared about genetics...... we love her & will do right by her...BUT this is appalling to us both!!!!! We wan't to make the public VERY aware....I called but it seemed like a defensive waste of time. Thank you, Molly AKA Lisa

They have amazing puppies

They have amazing puppies . I have talked to them but unfortunately I didn’t move fast enough and the Pom I wanted got sold out , they base out of Texas and they only ship to limited locations . How ever they carry Korean pomes and the genetic it’s different than Normal pomes , i keep checking till they bring a Korean Pom I want. Taney even have Payment plans. I will keep checking
