Absolutely beautiful! I love my mattress and pillow, it really made from high quality materials. I had a super comfortable sleep. The staff were also accomodating that helps me chose this. Highly recommended!
We visited the Boulder store twice, meeting two employees each time. The staff was friendly, answered our many questions, and allowed us to make our decision without pressure. Our decision was made easier when we learned it was a family business and the mattresses were made locally. Our new mattress will arrive next week.

Urban Mattress is the best. Your search ends here- for the sleep you’ve been missing all these years due to hip pain, back pain, shoulder pain, sagging mattresses, holey mattresses, awful mattresses. I can’t praise this store enough. Please don’t be fooled by other stores with similar names and hurry to Urban Mattress.
Billy in Boulder Urban Mattress was knowledegable and worked with us along the way to choosing a mattress both my wife and I felt good about. I always dislike the one question in reviews that asks if i would recommend the company to others, in this case, I would say yes. Glenn
The salesman was knowledgeable of the mattress line and the delivery was arranged quickly. The delivery guys were prompt and quick to remove the old mattress and install the new one. All and all a good experience.

Service and products are stellar. And the 100-day trial period is very generous. However, the first mattress I chose wasn’t right for me, and I wasn’t happy with my second choice either. So Caroline helped me try to rectify the problem while keeping my cost down. And so far, I’m happy with the purchase of an extra latex layer.Caroline also helped my 90 year old mom to make a more affordable purchase. I highly recommend Urban Mattress!

Easy shopping experience with information provided by the salesperson but who also left me alone for the right amount to just try mattresses. Having made selections, delivery was straightforward and professional with them delivering right to bed frame. And I love my mattress! Getting a great night's sleep. I should also say I went with Urban rather than a nearby cheaper competitor because of delivery time and quality of input materials
