Great customer support

I encountered an error on my laser and couldn’t find any information about it online, so I reached out for support.Robert responded quickly and asked if I could send a video of the issue. Since I was off-site at the time, I wasn’t able to record one, but I did send several photos I had taken before leaving the warehouse. Based on those photos, he was able to identify the issue and guide me on how to fix it.The entire process was much faster than I expected, and Robert was extremely helpful.

Material line up issues…

I have struggled for a long time getting my material lined up accurately. Within a minute, Stephan had waked me through some machine setting changes which fixed all my problems!!!!THANK YOU

Cian/ Technical Support Specialist

Cian, my technical support specialist at Boss Laser, was absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, my new laser arrived from the factory misaligned and experiencing several operational issues. As any business owner knows, a machine that’s down is money lost, so I urgently needed technical support to get everything back up and running.Once I connected with Cian, he immediately stepped in and guided me through the entire troubleshooting process. We spent nearly three hours on the phone, working through every detail—from mirror alignment and cleaning to guide settings, calibration, and running multiple test pieces. He remained patient, thorough, and fully committed the entire time, making sure nothing was overlooked.His dedication and depth of knowledge turned what could have been a major setback into a resolved issue. I truly appreciate the level of support he provided.

AMETEK SCP

We originally reached out to our Sales PoC who never responded to any of our emails or calls. We then contacted the general support phone number and were put in contact with someone within a day. Various troubleshooting / data collection steps were performed, extra parts were shipped to us, but ultimately we shimmed the working surface and/or scan head foundation in order to level the unit. The tech support team was willing to come on-site to fix the issue.
