They help you with the learning curve and there's a lot to learn! Really great system once you learn it and utilize it. And they keep upgrading and making new discoveries to make it better and easier.
Very turnkey and intuitive. Much easier than all the other Music based CRM solutions. Support is always available with real time replies. The Website builder is worth the price alone.... High Recommend!

BookLive is very intuitive and very comprehensive for the needs of a gigging musician - they have thought of every detail. There is always support if I run into a question or snag.
Helpful and reliable. Just a little wonky. Navigation could be more seamless and user-friendly. The different areas/pages are a bit invisible and hard to find. And sometimes it's hard to tell when a function has actually happened or not (ie; accidentally duplicating a performance due to lack of visible indication that it was done the first time). Would be nice to be able to receive attachments from clients. If it is available, it's not easily apparent.
We were previously paying for multiple tools to run our operations, and after switching to BookLive, we were able to consolidate our entire tech stack and manage both of our wedding businesses in one place. The platform offers features no one else is doing—like client-requested custom songs with the ability to approve or decline (and optionally for a fee!), ACH payments, and an incredibly robust timeline-building tool.Musicians accept gigs faster because the system is so intuitive. Even small things make a huge difference, like musicians being able to request a sub and instantly send invites to our roster—massive time-savers for us.On top of that, the support is phenomenal. Jared truly cares about making BookLive the best experience possible, and the team is always available and incredibly helpful. There are so many features we’re still excited to explore, like venue and planner referral lists, which make growing our business feel more tangible and achievable.We’re genuinely grateful for BookLive, Jared, and the entire team. Booklive has changed the way I do business in a great way. I fell in love with it in the beginning and yes I notice all the updates from the invoice prompting the client to tip (and it works too!) to the UI just being smoother and faster. Customers support is always great. Can’t wait to see where this platform goes in the future.
Booklive is a great platform for beginning performers, or seasoned performers. However, using the platform for seasoned performers requires off-site work; for example, receiving PDFs or replying to clients with several cc's is nonexistent. It's a great contact lead widget, invoicing has improved, payment processing is easy, and contract has been working well. Some clients work very well with the platform as is, but other clients require more than the platform can offer in communication. Overall, a great platform. The off-site communication is inconvenient.
Booklive provides a one-stop-platform that makes communicating with the client and with the musiciansefficient and seamless. My job is made easier with all the business aspects, from contracting through execution available in one place. As the business owner, managing several locations, Booklive is valuable a tool of necessity!
Book Live is the platform I use for booking my band, "Lucky Catch." This system is seamless and helps keep us on track, with regard to booking/contracts and follow up. If you are not using a CRM this is the way to go.....highly recommended!
In a business full of frauds and ineffective programs, Booklive is the rare exception, delivering the goods at a more than fair price. These guys are the real deal--a program that will elevate your game and your income overnight! Highly recommended if you want to make money playing great gigs.

This is the #1 place to go to if you want to find the best gigs in your area. Too many musicians lack the skills to get premium gigs and Jared and the BookLive team is the best resource to learn how to do this. Highly recommend!
Daniel has no idea what he’s talking about. This thing is great! It DOES have have something where you can reach out to potential clients. It also is a very helpful tool for anyone that actually does the work. It’s not going to do everything for you.
If you've been gigging for more than 6 months, there's nothing helpful here. I was under the impression that there were venue contacts, etc. It's just very basic advice on how to organize and look for venues. Not worth $4, let alone $40.
BookLive is absolutely essential to my private event entertainment business. It keeps track of all the details for each event, each client, each musician/DJ, my music library, and all my payments. It automates SO much busy work that I don't have time for. The Gig Vault system is amazing, and Jared Judge keeps adding to the functionality to make it better. I am constantly making new partnerships in the event industry and converting leads into clients by using the BookLive platform and Jared's strategies. Would highly recommend trying out BookLive and joining the Fulltime Music Academy community!
I was first introduced to Jared through a mutual friend as we were both from the same city originally. Thinking when I connected with him that I was going to be networking with another musician, I was surprised to find out that he had created an entire new platform to streamline the booking process for gigs. Not only that, he changed my mentality of focusing on Private Venues and getting on preferred vendor lists for repeated referrals. He and his team are consistently providing feedback, as well as updates to the platform, making it more user-friendly and streamlined. I’ve even had venue managers, asking me what platform I use expressing interest because it has such a sensible user interface and ease for booking, chatting about the gig, and paying invoices. The gig alone is worth the value just to have an organized place to store all prospective clients, venues, and incorporate them into sales cadences communication is always on top. If you are on the fence, give it a test ride with the trial, you won’t regret it! It just makes sense and you will see for yourself how relatable the platform is to musicians specifically.
