I had an outstanding experience with Rafela. She listened to all my problems and truly understood my concerns. Rafela is the best agent I’ve worked with; she was incredibly flexible and accommodated my reservation changes due to my health issues. Her empathy and professionalism are unmatched.
Disgusting company don’t ever book with them. I booked a trip & they cancelled my booking a 3 days before I was supposed to fly out. Didn’t even inform me now I have to book a last minute trip which will be entirely too expensive. I booked this weeks in advance bare in mind. Never seen such unprofessional behaviour. Didn’t even try help me find a new booking.

worse agency ever .... this company had uk based call centre .... always push lagos or africa flight than they run away ..... even do not given stafff full salary ...only sales guys willl get salary and fulll drink party do not waste the amount in this company .........any problem go panshim vihar in the agent office ... if trustpiolt need booking EK pnr 23efgu .. ever day these guys chnage name if face
