I purchased the device for Christmas for 104 dollars including shipping. When I recieved the device, the components inside the device were not as advertised. It had a cheaper cpu and 1 less stick of ram. When asking for a refund within the 30 day period they were not willing to provide the full amount. And instead a portion of what i paid due too delivery and handling expenses. Personally this is not a product I would recommend.
Ordered from this company because they advertise fast delivery as they are based in New Jersey so American made and produced. Product shipped from china so company lied and ordered it over 20 days ago and still hasn’t been delivered. They will give money back if returned within 30 days however it’s been over 20 and we still don’t have it, also they are charging a 15% fee for the return. This was meant to be our kids big gift and turned out to be a scam. Don’t recommend buying from this supplier. Do more research then myself and you can find more reputable companies.
