I had issues with my website payment processing from the beginning then I found Alex. We are a firearm business so it is considered high risk and I am not an easy customer due to my IT ignorance. Alex’s response time to my sometimes ridiculous problems is fantastic and he works at all hours. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from Blue Payment Agency.
They were extremely helpful in guiding me through setting up my webstore. I've never dabbled in anything of this sort, and was extremely lost in trying to figure out the ins and outs of getting payments up and running, especially after Stripe disabled my woopayments account, but they explained the whole process of setting up the new Merchant account, and linking it with Authorize.net. It felt like most of the potentially headache-inducing aspects were being taken care of for me, which was fantastic. On top of that, I now feel I have a good grasp of the overall structure that has been set up.
Alex was able to set up my card processing gateway for my website quickly and efficiently. Over the years he has provided support within minutes of reaching out to him. A+ customer service, no need to look elsewhere or question the service when it is top notch every year. Thanks!
Words don't justify how much help Alex and the team have been in getting me setup to process, on a time crunch as well.Had multiple payments coming through without a solution - once Alex jumped in he had me setup and worked out any bottlenecks within 2 short days.Anytime I have a question or need assistance he's quick to respond and/or jump on a call to answer any questions.

Alex is the most knowledgeable payments expert I've ever worked with. He saved us ~40% on our fees and gave us significantly more control over our payments. You should never use Stripe when you have an option like this.
Alex has been amazing we have been around for 70 years never have we had to talk to the Gateway until recently but when an emergency comes up like being hacked for $540 million it was very refreshing to have Alex right there with us giving us a list of tools And tightening security down. Also Alex was able to work with NMI and get the Auth fees back for us on 167,000 attempted fraudulent transactions when other people on the other side have turned their back to us.Highly recommend his service!
