I have ordered 3 birthday cakes from this company and each time, the cakes have been amazing to look at and delicious to eat!! Communication and customer service were really good and I now want them to create my wedding cake! I can't fault them!
I was ordering brownies for a gift on the BlissfulBrownies website on January 16th. The website leaves a lot to be desired; the cart kept showing the wrong number of one of the brownies, and it wouldn't let me correct it. When I finally was able to correct it, it changed my shipping address without me knowing, so had to email the company and they responded shortly and changed it. Before ordering, I read their shipping policy, which states that brownies will be shipped via FedEx, however, when I got my confirmation, it stated that the brownies were shipped via USPS. Given the delays with USPS, I would have never ordered the brownies, if I had known how they would really be shipped. I have emailed and called multiple times for a tracking number and guess what - no response. The brownies needed to be delivered timely for an event, which has now passed. At the writing of this review, it has been nine days and I have NOT received the brownies or any response from the company.
