Good sales and installation!
Installer was not able to set up iPhone to control the bridge/blinds. He said he is not technical. I am technical and was able to set up the iPhone. Other customers may not be able to do it. You should train the installers to be able to do it.
My experience was easy, great and a good enough product so far, with a lifetime guarente I feel safe in the fact that if I have an issue it will be taken care of. I was given an appt the day after I called. The sales person was a little late but she was lovely and professional and everything happened the way it was supposed to. I got my blinds when promised. They were installed quickly and easily but a very nice and friendly oinstaller so all in all I was quite please.

The vertical blinds for my sliding glass door are beautiful and enhance my living room decor. The Blinds to Go representative helped me select a color on the inside of the blinds that complements my furniture. I had originally thought I'd choose white, but the store has a fine selection of colors. The price was very reasonable. Both the measuring and installation were done by their professional staff, who did an excellent job in a short time. If you're looking for new blinds, I highly recommend them.
Javier did a great job installing the shades and was very professional. I appreciate them removing their shoes to come inside.

The colors are vibrant and exactly as pictured, and the drapes hang beautifully and smoothly. They’ve completely transformed the room, adding both style and function. Excellent value and top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Great showroom with great prices. I enjoyed being able to see the product in person. Never seen a blinds store this big before in Florida . I recommend bringing your estimated measurements . Makes the pricing more accurate in the estimate .

Had a great experience with the Hamilton store from the in- home consultation with Jennifer to the installation with Mo. Very great service and product! Both Jennifer and Mo were very professional and easy to work with. Small town type of service and appreciate having great people come to the house. Second time we have used this store in the last year and have had a great experience both times!
