We bought 2 gorgeous pure wool blankets from Jane at The Blanket Box. She was very helpful and showed us some beautiful blankets from her wide range. It’s so nice to find a genuine top quality company selling UK made items. Highly recommended

When my order did not arrive as…
When my order did not arrive as expected, Jane contacted the courier and tried to track it down. She then offered to post me a new order which arrived very promptly. The blankets are a good size and of great quality and the colours were just as expected . Excellent customer service and experience of shopping with the Blanket Box.

High quality, British made, recycled wool
I ordered a recycled wool blanket on Tuesday and it arrived today, Thursday! Excellent service and product. Love that it's recycled and British made by a small business. It's much better than I anticipated at such a reasonable price, free delivery. Very glad to have found Blanket Box and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Brilliant advice & customer service

Found and discovered these at Wigan Artisan markets, very helpful service via Jane I’ve finally got my bespoke blanket! It’s incredible. Well priced / sustainable and has a lot of a back story behind the manufacturing 🩷🩷🩷

Wonderful service and beautiful products
Highly recommend Blanket Box. I recently purchased a beautiful rug from them. The product itseld is lovely, but also 5 stars on communication and helpfulness. They went out of their way to help me when I, post purchase, wanted to change postage conditions. Will be a return customer.
