This company has impeccable customer service
This company has impeccable customer service along with some entertaining devices. I received the feeder from my kids as a gift and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. Having the ability to know what kind of bird you are looking at as well as seeing the way they interact has been fun. In addition, I've been able to see things such as baby raccoons who visited in the middle of the night with mama. Because I enjoyed that so much, I have since purchased the nest and the bird bath. So far I have only had "lookers" no "buyers" in the nest but am hoping for some babies this spring. I recently got the bird bath and had no idea how often birds actually come to it for a quick drink. I haven't had many issues with the devices, but when I have, customer service has been wonderful. Not long after I got the feeder, I knocked it off my 2nd story deck and smashed the antenna. When I reached out asking how to purchase a new antenna, they sent me an entirely new unit at no charge. I couldn't believe it, it was my fault! I had trouble at one point with my solar panel not charging the birdhouse. They sent me a new panel very quickly. I highly recommend this company if you enjoy watching birds.

Set up can be challenging but so worth it!
Set up can be challenging for those of us who prefer detailed printed instructions, but the online help is great and the videos are wonderful. I now have a BIRDFY Hum Feeder and a BIRDFY Birdfeeder. The birds have been plentiful all winter and I am anxiously awaiting the return of my hummingbirds. Thank you BIRDFY!

I am having difficulty getting the camera to link to the Ap. I’ve charged the camera and when I turn it on…. It won’t stop the loud sound I have to turn it off to stop the noise. I’m NOT technically inclined!!! I’ll have to find a ten year old for help!!!

I have 3 products , the bird feeder, the hummingbird feeder with dual camera and the Bird Nest Box. I love them all. Customer service is great also. a Squirrel decided to chew through my solar panel cord so just had to purchase a new one

Customer service has been super helpful. Package arrived in great condition as described. Unfortunately we are buried in snow so I will not be setting up the feeder just yet as we have several feet of snow but I am very excited to set it up this spring!

Highly recommend! Fantastic quality and easy setup
I’ve had my Birdfy Bamboo Feeder for almost two years and recently added the Nest Box Duo to the collection. The quality is consistently high, and the setup is the easiest I’ve experienced—especially the Nest Duo, which came with a sticker drill guide for a super quick install!I love that the products come with plenty of free extras and that the company provides great care instructions on their site to keep the wood looking good. The customer service is amazing, the app is great, and I will definitely be buying more from them in the future. Five stars!

Two feeders, zero complaints
I have two feeders, the bamboo birdseed feeder and the hummingbird feeder and both work wonderfully. The ability to share feeders with friends is fantastic, I have two of my friends linked to mine so I get to see all their birds too, which is amazing. Both feeders came really well packaged, and were easy to set up, connect to wifi, and mount to hang up. The customer service is really responsive and when I wasnt sure how to attach the ant moat on my hummingbird feeder they were quick to help me out. I have been trying to convince everyone I know to get Birdfy cameras, and I am glad that we opted to go with this brand over the others we looked at.
