Highly recommend Bills exhaust. Bills been my go to for exhaust on all my bikes. Customer service is exceptional and his communication with customers is exceptional. I highly recommend Bills exhaust .

Waited to order and wanted to charge more
I wasn’t thinking I would do this but I ordered an exhaust for almost $4k back in November and made contact to see when it would come in they replied saying it should be a week or 2 . Fast forward to the end of Jan. Still no exhaust and they forgot or just didn’t order the part and wanted me to pay an extra 1600 for tariffs. I asked for my money back they replied with 7-10 business days, Meantime I ordered the exhaust from another supplier (moto million) and have already received it (took 2 weeks on the dot) then my refund went through after I received the exhaust from the other supplier bills exhaust dropped the ball hard. it costed me 1100 less than what bills was wanting and it was less of a headache and wait time. I order a lot of parts from companies and I will not be using them in the future.. I suggest using someone else

Excellent Customer Service and Personal touch. I had some questions and Samantha answered them all and then once invoice was paid the shipment arrived quicker than the large stores I have used. Very impressed with the selection of aftermarket performance parts and apparel prices are Excellent too. Thanks Bill's Exhaust's!! Highly Recommend to anyone on 2 wheels. I ordered a bunch of parts from these guys and they sent half of them. When I inquired a week later about it all I got was "our shipping guy forgot to do his job". Spent over $1200 and they offered no solution other than a refund. So not only am I missing a deadline because I expected them to send the parts but now I have to order them from somewhere else. Don't get your hopes up waiting for your order from these jerks.

The best experience I've had so far
The best experience I've had so far. Most online companies give you a box with dents and holes and have high prices, but not Bill's. They have to be the best online store to buy exhausts from for a great deal. My LV Corsa arrived hot and in perfect condition. By "hot" I mean three days before the promised delivery date.

Exhaust got backordered for 2 months but was well worth the wait. Communication was great on Bills part. Just got the akra carbon system installed on my mt09 and it really brought the bike to life. 10/10

Missing harware
Company needs to check better the products and make sure that everything is there. Bought a SC project exhaust from this place and it was missing hardware.
