Pretty shady, but not completely incompetent
Pretty shady, but not completely incompetent. I ordered three boxes of seed germination kits and ALL THREE lacked the most important part, the seeds. After multiple emails, including sending a picture of what was in the box, they STILL questioned whether I was sure it was missing seeds (seriously, it was a small box, you couldn’t miss packets of seeds). Finally they offered a 50% refund given I did have the non-seed items in a seed growth kit :/The exchange felt off. They elevate the price for a defunct rare item. Speculating, may they know it is defunct, offer a 50% refund, but still make a profit given the elevated initial price. I hope they're honest, but I'm having a hard time believing it.The good is that they did engage in email pretty quickly. If they're honest, that's nice, of course it could just be part of a larger scheme (only speculating). Overall, it felt off.
