Have been using Bidet Buddy for 4 days. The case is sturdy, and water stream is strong. However, the push button stop is hard to reach when using it for intended service. Perhaps a 'slide switch' would be better?
I was happy about the quick delivery. I like the bidet buddy for its convenience and easy cleaning and storage for travel.
The device is larger than expected - a bit unwieldy for my small hands. It's difficult to find the on button because it's in an odd spot. And, you can't leave water in it, which is silly.

Solid performance overall. Removed one star for two quibbles: the extender arm is a little too long making it hard to maneuver the device into position without it hitting your body or the toilet seat knocking the arm out of alignment. Also, it’s too easy to accidentally push the start button when attaching the water reservoir to the device. I still recommend this device though!
This is the ideal traveling companion. If you want to maintain that same level of cleanliness as you do at home, then you must get this product.

It would be good if the buttons were bigger and also the instructions were so incredibly vague. You should have someone in the US translate them into a coherent set of instructions.
I have 2 broken ones. Dont work. Dont last not even 1 month.
The unit work for about a week after that when I try to activate the water spray water leaked around the nozzle and there’s very little or no pressure. How do I return and get this corrected warranty wise?
I am always on the road thanks to my Job. I drive to multiple stores a day, and after a slightly traumatic incident years ago, I hate touching toilet paper in public places, or toilet paper I have not stocked. I have almost a phobia of it after finding blood on toilet paper in a restaraunt once. You never know who has touched it or done anything to it. Anyway, I had issues with a prior model, and on the support end, I had gone through a scam company who was just flip flopping, being rude, being polite, making my head spin, and just giving me all kinds of hell. I didn't know this another knock off company going by Bidet Buddy (calling them BB). I gave up when my original model stopped working and the return window closed and ordered a new one. The new one I had ordered wasn't as strong as this one, and I'm naturally more of a pessimist. My wife insisted on trying a new one, cause she loved her first BB and I just didn't like it and left some harsh reviews. Fast forward a couple weeks later and I answered my phone without looking. I never do that because of spam calls but this was actually BB contacting me to make everything right. They went above and beyond. Never let it be said that they have bad customer service. I'm always busy during the mornings and never have a chance to answer my personal phone but I want to thank everyone at the BB office for reaching out to me to fix this and I hope they forgive the late updates and amendments to these reviews as well. Thank You for being an A+, Customer Focused Powerhouse. You have a forever Customer with me. My Wife and I Love Bidet Buddy!
