Bought a BH treadmill through Fitness Superstore. Broke down in 7 months on a 2yr warranty. Raised issue with Fitness Superstore, they passed to BH - numerous emails, info, fotos, videos of issue asked for and provided. Been 2 month since I logged the call and still no promised replacement part or engineer and no communication from BH. Absolute shambles.

I purchase a Fobiel folding hybrid…
I ordered and paid for a black Fobiel folding hybrid electric bike but white colour with a faulty battery was delivered to me since December 2024. All efforts get a refund or replacement of battery have been refused . No respond to all emails sent to you by living social . I have not used the battery for a minute since I bought it. I will escalate this and approach the Citizens Advisory

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I purchased en eliptic bike (BH Brazil Hiit) and a Carbon Bike Dual, around 8 years ago and after only 3 years, the video screen on the eliptic bike didn't work very well, and the mechanical pedals, despite frequent greasing, were incredibly noisy, and the bike was even worse. Today I sent them an email requesting that they disassemble both items and have them removed from my place (I live in a big city in Spain). I did not request any money, they could have them for free. Their answer was: "No, we don't offer such a service" which gives you a clue as to how much they value their own products... I cannot possibly recommmend that anyone buys their products. Just horrible.

Dreadful product and service
Absolutely dreadful post sales service. Refuse to fix what never worked. Do not purchase any BH fitness equipment.

The worst after sales service ever!
I bought a BH ZX11 Treadmill and before its warranty was up it already is broken with error 02. I have requested a repair by sending 5 emails, 2 phone calls and also tried to contact them through their website chat. Still nearly 2 weeks later and no response at all. The worst after sales customer service I have ever experienced. I would never buy a BH Fitness product again!

Faulty on delivery steer clear
I received my new treadmill on Monday and assembled it only to find it is not working at all. I purchased on the Decathlon site snd went to the local Decathlon shop yesterday where I was told they can't help and I must contact the company myself. I phoned the French number which is not working and the uk number also not working and hsve emailed both but seeing this post about them being out of business and terribly afraid I hsve been tricked out of what is for a considerable amount of money. I cannot urge you more strongly to avoid this company like the plague!! One star is 100% wrong they deserve nothing but bad reviews for tricking people and leaving them stranded.

BH Fitness bikes- abysmal customer care
This is another contribution to the negative reviews of BH Fitness. Fault reported to their UK agents Paul Broad Solutions (PBS) in April 2022 and despite 3 visits from engineers, the latest of which was in October, the problem could not be resolved. Despite repeated emails/calls seeking a replacement bike, PBS are no more than a contact point and appear to need the approval of BH at their Spanish headquarters to do anything. 8 months without the use of my bike.As stated many times in other reviews this a dreadful company devoid of any form of customer care.1 star is one too many.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. Like most other reviews, my product which was a spin bike was faulty which was confirmed by fitness superstore. However, despite still being within my 2 year warranty, they tried to dodge the issue by saying it wasn't covered. It was a faulty thread on the pedal arm. A bike that had been used no more than 10 times, and they were claiming it as 'wear and tear' . Then they were expecting me to PAY for a new part to be sent out! I ended up finding a bike shop locally who drilled a new thread and repaired it for £10 and it works perfectly now. I hope this company go bust. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bad quality products and the awful staff don't want to take any responsibility even when you've paid hundreds for their products. £400 I paid and they had the cheek to tell me I needed to pay more for a new part and lied that it wasn't covered under warranty. Greedy company.

Bought an elliptical in 2017 and they…
Bought an elliptical in 2017 and they crank arm just snapped after years of use. I called, left messages, nothing. Called the place I bought it from and they said BH fitness said screw it to North America customers, pulled out and will not honor 10 year warranties. The place I bought it wants to charge my to fix it, 250 dollars cap but won't guarantee that will fix it. So it could be 250 for nothing. Then they said well we will give you 500 trade in. What so I can get screwed again? How is there no class action suit?

A non existent customer service!
A non existent customer service!! I purchased a SB3 Spin bike from fitness superstore, a combined effort of them and myself both chasing BH Fitness for replacement parts for several months now is still yet to generate a response. The bike has been great for 2years, now I need a couple of replacement parts, and cannot get a reply to email or calls. I reached out to fitness superstore who also chased and also radio silence. Fitness Superstore should stop stocking them if BH cant support, really damanging their reputationI have now given up with BH all together. Do not buy from BH for anything that will have wear and tear and you will need to buy replacements.

We purchased our Bladze 200U exercise…
We purchased our Bladze 200U exercise bike in January of 2021. Before the warranty expired the tensioning motor failed. I reported the defect ane received a notification that a new replacement part would be sent to me so I could make the repair myself. Hey BH I'm still waiting. If anyone needs a boat anchor shaped like an exercsize bike have I got a deal for you.

I’ve been deserted by BH
I’ve been deserted by BH. I had a treadmill that I bought in 2019 and it’s console stopped working correctly in December 2020, so it was still on warranty, so a ticket was issued for me to be sent a new console. After several months not receiving a console, I started to call and ask what was happening. They said it was shipping issues. I waited patiently and still nothing after over a year. Now when I call, there’s no answer at all. I’ve tried to find a console to purchase myself and recently found out that they’ve discontinued that treadmill or something so there are no parts for it which leaves me out $5500. I’m so not impressed and hear there are many others who have been deserted with their BH purchases as well. I’m hoping that BH resolves this for us. Otherwise, I hope there is a class action lawsuit filed against them cause this is NOT COOL AT ALL :(

Would give no stars if able too.
Would give no stars if able too.I have reported this shambles of a business to trading standards.I ordered one of their excercise bikes through Fitness Superstores and on delivery day noticed after putting the bike together the seat and handlebars wobbled excessively,it was almost as if the wrong parts had been sent .I sent videos to both the retailer and manufacturer.BH are denying that there is a problem with the bike and are suggesting that we haven't fitted the parts correctly even though the retailer finally agreed after several emails and video evidence that there is a fault. The annoying thing is BH will continue selling shoddy workmanship and the retailer will probably also continue to sell their crappy equipment also Hopefully customers will take note of bad reviews about BH Fitness though and decide to take there custom elsewhere.

I could not agree with almost all of…
I could not agree with almost all of the reviews on BH Fitness. Completely inferior products and their customer service team who should not have customer or service in their title because they don’t care about either. I bought a Spada bike in 2020 and after 2 weeks the manual brake snapped off, then the plastic front cap split 3 months later, 2 months later the right pedal broke and not to forget the constant noisy squeaking from the first week and the bike has gone rusty!!My last attempt was calling them in January, spoke with Alan who confirmed it was in warranty and sent him photos of the broken parts so the new parts could be ordered. Now 3 weeks on and another 4 emails chasing BH Fitness now claim they emailed a quote for the new parts, the bike ISN’T in warranty and no one called Alan works there.Honestly you can’t make this up and they can drive sane people to despair! How can they get away with crap products and causing such stress. They are absolute crooks, should have their business licence revoked and not be allowed to trade until they end their ways.NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM BH FITNESS. SPREAD THE WORD TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE.

Belt shifting, no service.
6th September. I received the BH Treadmill from Fitness Superstore as a replacement for a NordicTrack Elliptical trainer that squealed like a banshee when in use. As soon as me and my husband got the treadmill out of the box, I could see a pucker in the belt and wondered what it was. I reached under the belt and there was a piece of metal washer wedged between the belt and the walking board. The piece went into my finger. Then, the so-called tablet holder doesn't fit the machine. When in place, it won't stay and just flops off. My phone went flying. I was not even walking on the machine yet! What if I had been? I need the tablet holder for my tablet to use iFit and other exercise videos. I depend on them for motivation. So far, all I have heard back from Fitness Superstore is, so sorry to hear about this, but no communication on how to rectify it! Guess it is time to return the treadmill, and stay away from BH products and I am tired of dealing with Fitness Superstore as well.UPDATE: Fitness Superstore apparently was never able to reach BH. We tried and the number on the back of the booklet was unavailable (over and over). My husband became frustrated and kept trying to fit the piece. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIT THE PIECE. My husband finally realised there were imperfections caused my the mould during the manufacturing process and had to sit down and sand the pieces off. Then he was able to fit the part. I have had 5 previous treadmills in my lifetime and I put them through their paces. The last one I owned was a low level proform off eBay for under £300. I had that machine for 5 years. The booklet on that machine told you what type of lubricant oil you can use, silicon at any store as long as it was for exercise equipment. The booklet for the This BH machine threatens you with voiding the warranty if you don't use THEIR OIL and gives you enough to do two lubrications, yet they don't tell you where to purchase it. The bottle and tube they supplied is floppy and the tube flops all over the place. It is not firm enough to put under the belt and apply lubricant in the middle. It won't even reach the middle! This may sound trivial, but on a machine like this maintenance is key. It should not need this amount of maintenance on the very first day! And every day after. The belt constantly shifts to the left every day. Don't tell me I don't know how to tighten a belt, because I certainly do. The metal piece we found under the belt is still a mystery. From now on I will purchase a treadmill from eBay. They may be junk but at least I know what I am getting before I incur finance charges every month to own a machine that is no better than they are.

Faulty treadmill after 3.5 months
My previous bad review and dozens of others by other customers reporting similar problems have been removed i assume by BH. They should spend more time on improving the quality of their products and fixing existing issues than trying to cover up the fact they sell absolute trash and accept no liability when their equipment breaks. My treadmill broke after 3.5 months and 10 weeks later they sent and engineer to try and fix the problem. He carried out no electrical safety checks and tried to fit a new motor which blew immediately as there is an electrical problem within the machine. I have had an electrician round to check the machine and it failed both class 1 and 2 electrical PAT safety tests on earth leakage which is why its frying parts including the new motor that was installed. The machine has been condemned faulty and dangerous. BH warranty refuse to accept any reported findings from anyone other than their own engineers regarding warranty issues but they won't send their own to confirm the issue. I have reported BH to trading standards and i am taking legal action against them for a refund which could take months. Beware of this company their products are likely to break and when they do BH will do nothing about it. With so many other reviews echoing the same problems you'll be lucky if your experience will be any different.

This company is horrible!
This company is horrible!! Their products are made like total crap! I had a treadmill for just over a year and already unusable. They take zero responsibility for the crap they give you. Hired a private repair guy and he could not fix it. Just complete junk!!

Horrendous experience with new bike…
Horrendous experience with new bike which went wrong within 9 months. Still waiting 3 months later to get a fix and no date on the horizon. Despite replacement stock with their suppliers, BH won’t authorise a swap or confirm a repair. Avoid

BH fitness after sales service is terrible.
I have a Bh fitness Spada racing bike. The resistance motor broke in December 20. I ordered a replacement from their website and was informed it would be 1 week delivery. After 2 weeks i hadn’t received the part. I emailed them and they finally got back to me after a week saying they were cancelling my order due to problems with Brexit.I have emailed them numerous times since this asking if they had sorted out shipping or if they could advice on an alternative but not had a reply. I would not recommend buying equipment from them if you are unable to get spares!
