Past experience was really good

Past experience was really good, fast shipping and good customer service with item tracking,.Strangely now though their website is down, I have rang them and it is a voice answerphone asking you to leave a message and they will get back to you.

Awful

I placed an order which was handled very poorly. The pharmacy took 4 days to process it, which then was incorrectly delivered by Royal Mail on the basis that my address didn’t exist. It then took another week to reprocess my order and I am still yet to receive it. There were no attempts made to fix the problem any faster. I was simply told to wait.Will not be using again

Taken my money but no response from them

***UPDATED, SEE BELOW****Disappointed to say that I feel like I have been massively let down. I've used Better Health online a few times and always been impressed with the service but sadly not this time. I placed an order on Monday and have heard nothing since. I usually get an update on my order within a few hours but I have heard nothing this time and I am coming increasingly concerned that I have been ripped off. I have messaged them through the website but heard nothing back, almost as though they have shut down but are still taking peoples money. Hopefully I can update this post with positive news but I don't hold much hope of that.UPDATE... I have now been sent my order. I still didn't hear anything from them updating me on its progress, the only way I found out that it was on its way was due to a text from Royal Mail. I don't know why betterhealthonline have stopped updating customers with the progress of their order. They used to be very good at it.

Faultless customer service excellent medications

These guys the best in the business with timely replies to any questions and a qualified Doctor to oversee the safe dispensing of excellent quality medicines. Shout out too to the pharmacy who check all is in order. Thank you to all at Betterhealth.

Website down after my order approved

Great customer service until website went down on Friday after my order was approved. Now I have no idea if my order has been dispatched, yet money has been taken from my bank. Have contacted Michael in customer service and had no response. Feel really let down now and can only hope, like others here that my order will still arrive.

Quick and efficient website

Had the medication I wished to purchase, after a consultation my medication was approved in a matter of hours. Package was tracked and arrived within 2 days. Excellent service and I will definitely be ordering from this website again. :-)

Well the site is back up and running…

Well the site is back up and running unfortunately I cannot place a order for strong pain relief as they have stopped doing them which I had a feeling that would happen due to regulatory rules

Website no longer works.

Website no longer works.Has been down a week now, they advise are having IT issues but I dont think they will ever be back up and running.A real shame as I placed 2 orders and both were received promptly.I then recommended them to someone, who although eventually received the order they had to wait nearly a week as soon after they placed order the website went down. its still down but better health managed to process the orders that were placed before they went down. I hope they do sort the problems out their website works again.

great company

Placed a order Thursday morning last week 12/3/20 was approved and sent to the pharmacy was advised there was a backlog and may not get posted till the Friday Then the website went down and thought to myself oh crap been ripped off but this morning received email saying that it will be posted today and a couple hours later received my tracking information. Apart from a technical problem with the site that can’t be helped but is being fixed cannot fault them and Michael from customer services was great. Will recommend them and use again

Heard from them today

Heard from them today, along with a Tracking number (order placed before site went down). So they are still operational. Apparently they are having technical problems. I suspect they became inundated with orders and blocked site until tbey clear their backlog.Its worth remembering that there was once, not long ago, several sites like theirs. So its not surprising they have become backlogged.Was told they will be back soon, so its a case of watch and seeUpdate... Arrived today, all as ordered!!!

Usually the service is great!But yesterday I placed an order, received an email to say it was approved by 9.30am £150 was taken from my bank.Then nothing....no more emails,and I couldn’t access the website atall. It seems to have crashed. So now I have no idea whether I will ever get my order or my money back. Very frustrating. And can’t find a phone number anywhereUpdate:Received an email from Michael first thing thismorning (Monday) after the website crashed on Friday. Michael was very helpful and explained the situation and reassured me my order was still being processed,he then emailed me again an hour or so later with my tracking number and my order is now due to be delivered tomorrow.

Great service

Made my first order and will definitely be using again, received my order the next day, so much more convenient than trying for an appointment with my own GP. Was kept up to date throughout the whole process from when I first made my order to when i would be receiving it. Very satisfied customer thank you.
