Quality of items was exactly as expected, there was a delivery issue that was not their fault but they checked in with us about it which was great. I had to follow up repeatedly on the status of our order when I didn't hear back, which was tough with timelines on this order being tight. Order in advance and you'll be satisfied.

Very unprofessional experience
Very unprofessional experience. I had to contact the seller for an update on my order since I had not heard anything since placing my order. I was then sent an email saying they were sorry they were just behind with an attached invoice with the total cost of $17. My card was then charged $40 dollars after the delivery and when I went to check my order on their site, it said the total was $34?? Very confusing process and still unsure of why I was charged the amount I was.

Disappointed and Embarrassed
I was very excited to find Better Bidders and, based on the wonderful reviews, had every expectation that the product would be great. Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We ordered the Masquerade mask paddle. We requested that the numbers begin with 101, have a black background with numbers on one side and graphics on the other. The cuts to form the shape were ill made and cut marks were noted on the surface of the item. The numbers began with 1 vs. 101. The numbers were not centered and level. The black background was “chipped” or inconsistent. The numbers were placed on what would be considered the back of the paddle vs the front. Overall we were extremely disappointed in the product and will be required to find another vendor. We were embarrassed to distribute the product to our Gala attendees.I see the other positive reviews and just wonder what happened to our order.
