The product was likely good, i just chose to go a different direction with my hair issue. The reason for one star is the horrible refund service. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on my $100 refund. Will be contacting BBB soon.

The dye washes out with one to two shampooing, stripping the hair color even more. Its rough on the hair and not really a good solution to adjust color.
