It has been such a wonderful experience working with Evan and Joel. These two are always going above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. Their level of customer service is one of a kind and I would truly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and great service.

We were embarking on the restoration and re-opening of a blues club. Berman Architecture was my partner's contact, not mine. I had no experience with him. I was mentally set to dislike him. However, in our first meeting, he disrupted my mindset. He was prepared, knowledgeable about the process my partner had asked him to address and had a presentation that was second to none. The entire process of plans, selecting contractors, anticipating issues and moving along at a pace acceptable to us and the city, was seamless. Joel and his team anticipated issues and addressed them before they occurred and much angst that could have been experienced was avoided. We would recommend Berman Architecture to anyone to whom or which this firm's skill set would apply.
As a first-time small business owner, it's a relief to find professional on whom you can depend, and Joel Berman and Evan Bobo from Berman Architecture are two of those trustworthy professionals. They are top-notch with regard to their attention to detail. In fact, one team member commented that Berman Architecture's plans were the most detailed she'd ever seen. Joel personally took the lead on solving a thorny problem regarding the soundproofing of my space, developing positive working relationships with my landlord and general contractor, collaborating closely with them to ensure a solution acceptable to all and aligned with the requirements in my lease. Fortunately, clients who use the meditation room in my yoga studio will not hear barking dogs from the veterinary clinic next door, thanks to Berman Architecture's care and attention! Joel and Evan also developed positive working relationships with my local city planners, leading to efficiency and speed in the permitting process.
