Ben responded quickly to all of my questions and went out of his way to get the beautiful painting to me as soon as possible. He is very professional and kept me updated on every step of the process. I have been very impressed with the customer service and the care with which the painting was prepared and shipped. I plan on using the online gallery again and recommending it to friends.

The pandemic presents unique challenges for businesses and artists. Shipment was delayed in two countries as a result, but Ben communicated regularly through the process and the paintings arrived safe and as represented. I look forward to working with Ben again in the future.
