Resolution Counseling
We are Resolution Counseling Center. We are currently working with Bellmedex, but we want to switch to another billing company because our Accounts Receivable (A/R) is increasing every day.The Bellmedex team does not respond in a timely manner. We have repeatedly tried to contact our assigned contact person, but he usually says he is busy and will call us back after discussing the matter with his team. Unfortunately, we do not receive any follow-up.A significant amount of A/R (in millions of dollars) is pending at Bellmedex’s end. We are also unclear about the status of their compliance team and audit team, as we have not received any updates or communication from them.Due to the lack of responsiveness, transparency, and accountability, we are considering switching to a different billing partner.

Overall, the experience has been positive. My only concern is communication on changes made, for example, changing a patient’s insurance without letting us know, and it then creates billing and authorization issues. Overall, bellmedex has been great!

Office Manager
Our office has been with Bellmedex for a few years. We have been very happy with the services they provide. They keep in touch with us regularly through a protected email system to provide information about claims and also to request additional information they may need to process claims efficiently. At the same time their email system has been a great system for us to get any of our questions or concerns answered in a timely fashion. They are very prompt in their response back to us. They also provide an excellent monthly report showing what has happened during the past month, what we've been paid by insurance carriers for claims and notifying us of claim requirements we need to take care of for pending claims to be processed. Bellmedex has been very courteous and accommodating with any requests we've had. They also check in with us by phone from time to time to make sure that we are satisfied with the services they provide. I would highly recommend Bellmedex!
