Avoid this place like a plague. The owner/nail tech Olena is very unprofessional. What I asked for vs what I got was not even similar. While the pedicure was fine, I was left with too short nails and 2 very slanted French tips, which look awful. After I left, I had a better look and texted the business immediately and the conduct of the owner from there was horrendous!! She told me ‘what I asked for was not suitable for winter’ and that I am ‘harassing, threatening and making accusations’ about her and she had the cheek to tell me I need to apologise to her! All I did was ask for £30 to be refund as my toe nails are slanted and short and she just refuses. So I have had to take matters further and contact the regulating authority to hopefully sort this matter out. It baffles my mind how this professional’ will sit on social media and go back and for with me for hours, write paragraphs and attempt to make me look I’m wrong, instead of just refunding £30. It doesn’t make sense to me at all. But definitely avoid this place.
