Buyers Remorse
Buyers Remorse. I purchased a large BBQ Grill on Jan 28th, 2026 that was listed on their website as in stock. Well after 30 days of not hearing anything from this company, I start making an effort to communicate with them by leaving multiple emails and multiple voicemails, to find out they wouldn't never respond back to me. March 2nd, 2026 had to contact my bank to reverse my (1-28-26) online ( $ 868.99) purchase charge. This company is a poor drop shipping company who takes your money knowing they don't have the BBQ GRILLS products in stock. This is an act of fraud and deceptive business practices, because they shouldn't take your money online, if they know they don't have the merchandise available, and dodge all the customer's phone calls & emails that are made out to them. After 34 days of giving this company my hard earned money they never returned any of my emails or phone calls. You can't even go onto their business website and cancel your order with them, because you have to speak to them to do that, and I suspect that's why don't want to answer the phone or emails, so they can keep holding on to your money. DON'T RISK DOING BUSINESS with these people.

BBQgrills.com is a Complete Scam
Complete scam. Ordered $400 grill/smoker, listed in stock. Never shipped (ordered 3 months ago). No answer on customer service line. Got one response to email to customer service, saying my request "forwarded to accounting" for refund, but no refund and no further response to repeated emails.

Great price. Very poor customer service, very long shipping time
Price was very attractive, when you include the 10% discount for signing up with you email. Shipping time was horrendous, even after confirming via email it was in stock.Customer service was responsive at first, but never offered any feedback on why the shipment was delayed for something that was "in stock."Truth is, they don't have "stock" on hand. After you order, they order from the manufacturer or distributor, and ship to you. They are the middle-man.My order was not placed with the manufacturer until 10 days AFTER I placed my order with BBQ Grills.com. I know this because it was on the packing slip when mu grill finally arrived. Then it took a month to get it to ship. It's not a scam, just a very poorly run business.

BBQGrills.com is a scam
BBQGrills.com is a scam. Ordered a Scotsman Ice Machine online $3929.00 on August 26, 2025. The item never came and was notified that they would cancel and refund the item on October 30, 2025. They have never issued a refund and they do not respond to emails and customer service phone calls. This company should be shut down.

Buyer beware with these folks!!!!
Buyer beware with these folks…check out reviews on TrustPilot (currently at 1.8 stars), Google, etc. and do your homework before you proceed.I didn’t do mine and fell victim. I will gladly share the lessons I learned and any receipts you want to back it up.Lost my mom a few months ago, and knew Thanksgiving was going to be tough on my dad. We’ve always done Thanksgiving at mom and dad’s place…dad worked the grill while mom handled the kitchen. This year (for the first time) Thanksgiving was going to be at my place, and as we got closer to Turkey Day, I could tell dad was struggling. So trying to think how to put a little pep in his step, I thought maybe getting him into old routines would work…like manning the grill! But I don’t have a grill (don’t judge). So I did my research (on the grill, not the dealer!), cleared what little space I could on my credit card, and pulled the trigger on a Napoleon Rogue Pro-S 625.I showed dad and told him (corny I know) that it was a lot grill, and I was going to need him to run point on the grill. Folks, there was a legit twinkle in his eye.But alas…no grill for Thanksgiving. Here’s the timeline…+ Ordered a grill from BBQGrill.com on 11/19. Specifically picked these guys because the listing online said, “In Stock and Ready to Ship”.+ No warnings online or during the checkout process about delays, backlogs, etc.+ Additionally a note on the web page suggested to “receive my order in a faster manner”, to purchase the Premier Shipping…which I did.+ I was quite surprised when the confirmation / order status page after checkout said “These items are currently being processed and will ship 5-7 Business Days from the date of purchase”. Quite worried because the order entry page said “3-5 days to be processed”.+ On November 21st I called to check on the order status and was shocked to hear that “the team was still processing orders from the 1st week of November” and that there was no chance of the order leaving anytime soon.+ Not really in the spirit of “In Stock and Ready to Ship”, so I immediately cancelled my order.+ They charged my card without shipping a product. Not just a “pending authorization”, but the charge fully hit my card. The industry norm (and often the card-network rule) is the Merchant should only capture the charge when the order ships. This behavior is highly suspect and will likely come-up in the conversation when I dispute the charge tomorrow.+ Multiple emails have resulted in nothing.+ Now I am on the 25th day of waiting for my refund and now have incurred an interest charge on a charge that should have never hit my card for a product that I never got.+ Today I sent an email to everyone I could find in the company (CEO, Sales Manager, Customer Manager, Support, “Customer Success”, etc.) telling them that unless someone responded I was going to dispute the charges and start putting out reviews. Know what I got? Crickets. And now that I’ve went and commented on Social Media they’re probably going to come at me, or “that’s not how it happened”.Whatever, read your reviews…I’m not the first, and I have the receipts.A. Your website should have never said “In stock and Ready to Ship”B. And / or there should have been a banner about shipping delaysC. You should have never charged my card without shipping a product, and not sure of the legality of that…but we’re gonna find out!D. You should have reversed the charge immediately when I canceled. Or at least within 5 days…not 25 days. The sad thing is I’m so irritated I’ll never buy a Napoleon grill…ever. And I know it wasn’t directly their fault…don’t know how these guys can continue to be a Napoleon dealer. Just can’t look at the grill…it reminds me of BBQGrills.com.

BBQGrills.com is a scam
BBQGrills.com is a scam. Will ship in 5-7 days, nothing happens. Asked to cancel and return and promised by faith@bbqgrills.c... that my return will process in 7-10 days which has long passed. I've reported to CC company, FBI IC3. It appears the domain is registered or hosted out of the UK so good luck.

I would leave a zero, but it would not let me. bbqgrills.com is absolutely a scam. They hang on to you saying there are back orders, but your item will be shipped soon. Then, they say they will refund you, and they do not. This went on for more than 190 days. I finally went to PayPal, but they have a 180 day limit. Luckily, my cc company is legit, and they reimbursed me my $$. But, bbqgrills.com got my initial $$ from me. Now, I look online, and this is their scam. They stall, lie, and steel, but they do so over such a long time that PayPal and some cc companies will not file a claim with bbqgrills.com, and they get to keep the $$.Avoid!!!

Filed report with CA Atty General Rob…
Filed report with CA Atty General Rob Bonta's office/website. This "company" (really a fraudulent organization) will take your money, promise a grill delivered in 5-7 days, then tell you no it's 5-7 *weeks*, and then delay even more, while not returning your money. They're thieves. My CC company dispute was resolved in my favor but took 2 months. I recommend NOT using BBQGrills.com.

REPORT THE FRAUD TO THE FTC
This company is a fraud. I ordered a grill back in August of 2024....NEVER GOT it. Asked for a refund still waiting. Have email chains with the company and the following representaives (BECKY MALYSSE, ALYSSA AHO, and RYAN MALTBIE) saying they are working on it. STILL ONE YEAR LATER NO REFUND!!!! They waited until the 60 day period where you can't dispute the charge anymore so basically I am out $1870. I finally went and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I reccomend everyone who has been stolen from do the same. The more people who report thier issue with BBQGrills the better as it creates a case for the Federal Trade Commission. Here is their website reportfraud.ftc.govLets get our money back and help prevent this from happening to other people.

If I could give zero stars I would! Buyer Beware!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a grill from BBQ grills.com. I had called prior to ordering to make sure they had the Broil King Baron 590 pro grill that was advertised and was assured that they did. I placed the order on July 16. On July 30 I received notice (after we called a few days prior to inquire) that the grill was discontinued and they would issue a refund in 5-7 business days. Today is Aug 19 and I still have not received a refund! I email and call daily and have been ghosted. I received 1 email from Becky M once (Aug 8)and she wrote she would check with accounting and get back to me. She has not. I call daily to leave message and email to no avail. Stay away from this company!!! They will take your money and screw you over!!!!

Paid over $2,000 to BBQGrills.com for a fire pit that never arrived — after initially responding, they ghosted me, and I’ll keep posting until I get my refund.

No answer/ nothing received
I ordered an offset smoker from them on June 25th, and they gave me a date of delivery on July 15th due to back orders. I was fine with this however, I did not receive them on this day. It's now July 25th and even though I have emailed them 5 times and called I have not received my order. The only thing I have received was a grill scrapperfor the smoker and cover that has not arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

BBQGrills.com is a fraudulent online scam website.
Seller immediately withdrew the purchase payment from my bank account via PayPal. Then failed to send the merchandise I paid for. When I contacted them by phone for a refund. The representative gave verbal and written confirmation that my refund would be issued in 5-7 business days. To date I have not received any of my money back.

Do not use BBQ Grills
This company scammed me and will not communicate. They misrepresented shipping, and also does not refund when asked for many thousands of dollars in products they did not deliver. Customer service is awful. I speng 3k+ and then was ghosted with no delivery.

Liars and Thieves…just another scam
Ordered a grill that was “in stock and shipped within 24hrs”. They charged my card right away and never shipped it. When the order is placed you get an email with lots of contact info and a “dedicated customer success associate”. My associate was Faith Ford. After my grill never shipped I sent multiple emails and eventually had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. BBQGrills.com never replied to any of the communication attempts nor did anything to correct the issue. I wish I had read the reviews of this company as I’m clearly not the only one scammed by these terrible people. They don’t have grills in stock and will definitely not ship on any kind of reasonable timeline nor communicate with you. They should be shut down and jailed for taking people’s money. Just crooks, the entire site and all their claims are total BS.

Do not buy anything from bbqgrills.com
Do not buy anything from bbqgrills.com. The product I purchased that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship took well over a month to ship. I was supposed to be refunded the expedited shipping.... that never happened. I tried to cancel the order but was not able to because they item had shipped... yet it took an additional 10 days to arrive. Once the delivery occurred I returned the item and still have not been credited with the nearly $6k cost, despite customer service confirming receipt of the item. The response was always "I've heard the accounting department is overwhelmed" and "I have notified the owner".

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This company does not tell the truth about shipping times. They misrepresented shipping, and also does not refund when asked for many thousands of dollars in products they did not deliver. Customer service is awful. It's very possible this company is actually a scam.
