I'm really impressed with this product—it was so easy to install! I did accidentally order a part I didn't need, but their customer service team got back to me quickly and helped me out. Such a great experience with this company. Highly recommend!

Product, a heated towel rack, is very well designed and constructed. Not the least expensive, but worth the extra cost. The packaging was excellent, as were the instructions for assembly, with one exception. The explanation of how to make the electrical connection within the unit is very unclear, making it easy to set up a poor and possibly dangerous connection. We are looking forward to nice warm and dry towels.
I absolutely love my Bathroom Butler heated towel rack. I’ve had it for a little over a year now. I recently had a slight issue but Dean took care of it immediately! I had sent an email and Dean called me within 5 minutes. Very impressive. Great company to work with!!

Perfect size and function. We already had the smaller version for about five years and it was great. Now we are moving and have a little more room so we went with the 20" 15 bar version. Juust as good but a little bigger and therefore a little better.
Product is awesome. Instructions were complicated.
