Sent the wrong size Oster blade replacement…
AWFUL! Sent the wrong size Oster replacement blade (17 days after original order). Requested a return label to ship it back for a full refund as, in desperation after reciving the wrong blade I couldn't use- bought one through Amazon (next day delivery- by the way). Contacted these people delay, delay & multiple requests for photos ( not just the box but the blade itself) OK, just so happens I kept all this stuff..but I RESENT doing their customer service & quality control for them. This is why these smaller outfits can't compete...hiring people who apparently can't read (1.5 vs 3.5 blade) and who are clueless about customer service.

There has been no shipping, no updates, and no delivery.I have tried emailing multiple times and calling their phone number, but they do not respond at all. No replies, no explanations,nothing .Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this website to prevent wasting time and money .

Zero customer service/communication
This company doesn't communicate at all. Multiple emails sent and only generated response we will get back to you. No telephone option. This has gone on for approx a month. Finally called my bank and disputed charges. Couldn't even get a response from this company even when I wanted to cancel my order. Wish I would have researched the reviews in the beginning.

I ordered a set of clippers for my son for his birthday. When they came in, they were obviously used. The box was not sealed, the blade guard was not on the blades, there was hair around the blades and the box was torn. I've tried to contact BarberSets via two emails and a phone call as soon as I received the clippers and have heard nothing from them. Buyer beware, this is not a good company to buy from

Ordered clippers almost a month ago and still haven't been shipped. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago to request the order to be cancelled and followed up a week later and still no response. I had to dispute with PayPal and that case is still pending. Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this scammy website!

Paid for evaporated samples. Contacted them via email, website and even tracked down their difficult to find phone number. No response via email or website and I was told over the phone to send a picture of how empty the opaque bottles were. They absolutely did not care and the person who answered the phone acted like I was bothering them. They have had four months to address the issue. Everything else arrived in good condition, however the expectation is everything arrives in good condition or issue a replacement or refund.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Took them three weeks to ship product. I asked them to cancel the order before it was shipped three times. They shipped it anyway and it was not the exact product that I ordered. I complained to them and asked for a refund and they refused because they said the product I received was in the same category as what I ordered. This company has zero concern with pleasing is customers. I'd rather pay a little more than have to deal with this company ever again.

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.
I emailed this company specifically to confirm before ordering as there were two different models shown in the listing photos. After customer service confirmed which clipper I was ordering I received the opposite. Even though their customer service told me wrong, they still refused a return. Extremely disappointed in this site and will never order from them again after the service I received. Please be 100% confident in what you’re ordering from this website but frankly I wouldn’t support this business.

Do not use this company I have a feeling I’m not going to get my product. It shows the tracking number canceled. They keep assuring me that I will get my product and I have not received it yet. After seeing all the reviews, it seems a lot of people have had the exact same issue.
