Solid Bump Helmet With One Small LetdownI recently purchased a bump helmet from Ballistic Armour Company, and overall I’m very happy with it. The product arrived on time and the helmet itself is great—well‑built, comfortable, and exactly what I expected in terms of quality and purpose.The only issue I ran into was with the chin strap. The product description stated that it would come with a magnetic buckle, but the one I received has a basic plastic clip instead. It feels a bit cheaper than what was advertised, though it still works fine for my needs.Aside from that discrepancy, the helmet performs well and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

I've made a few purchases from Ballistic Armor Company over the past couple years. I was pleased to find an American business that hires honest employees. They are 100% forthright about where their products are manufactured and/or assembled, a trait I hold in high regard. My first order had some delays and B.A.C. let me know what was happening which is all I need in those circumstances. I understand that issues arise in any industry and delays happen despite best efforts. Their customer service team is top notch and are not reluctant to tell customers something we don't want to hear when situations aren't as we'd like. I am completely satisfied with everything that I bought from B.A.C.- A couple helmets and accessories, some gloves, and a balaclava. This is off topic, but I am especially appreciative that they offered a Bastion ballistic helmet within my price range, called The Ghost. I could be wrong, but I am fairly certain that Bastion helmets are pressed right here in my home state of Ohio, another point of pride! I highly recommend this company regarding quality of products and the way they treat their customers.

A professional and excellent vendor
I initially placed an order in which one item was not correct. Ballistic Armor Co. customer service was able to promptly ship a replacement and make things right. All communications were timely and all solutions provided were generous and fair in nature. I recommend this company, as they provide great service, and stock all sorts of gear to keep your kit squared away and your noggin protected.
