Great Customer Service!
My order was damaged in shipping and BackOnWater had a replacement part to me in 2 days! This was despite me having an attitude because I thought emails were being ignored (I found them in my junk folder). Great prices and great customer service! I will definitely order from them again.

My new umbrella cover was not big…
My new umbrella cover was not big enough at the top to fit down over the top of my umbrella to the bottom as I have a 4"×4" solar panel attached at the top end for my umbrella lights. Any ideas? Greg
