Expired product, late deliveries, incompetent customer service
I’ve received expired product numerous times. When the company delayed my final shipment to a undetermined delivery date, I requested a refund as I needed the money to allocate toward groceries. The company was unhelpful at best and I made a BBB complaint. They canceled my account. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Easy to shop for trustworthy items
Azure is awesome. I know I can trust their products and the ingredients that are in them. It is so easy to shop for products and add/take away items throughout the month based on what I need. It gives me a peace of mind knowing I get my monthly shipment and am provided for with healthy items for the month!

No more "rat race"
The Azure experience is the easiest way for me to buy groceries in my rural setting. Before Azure, I could easily spend an entire day shopping at various stores to get the special dietary foods I need. My family has multiple food allergies. One store carries this item while another store carries the other item that I need. Azure has eliminated the rat race. Thank you!

Since they move the delivery to Mondays…
Since they move the delivery to Mondays I can't find anyone to help me. So Shannon's son loaded everything after the truck had left. Shannon made it clear that I can still get everything loaded w/o bringing a strong man.

New drop day…
Well first off you cancelled our Sunday deliveries without notice. We couldn't stock up and had to either take time off from work or find someone to pick up my 500.00 order. Then this month I made arrangements to get a window of time off. Im self employed so have no paid time off. Placed a large order again since it's been a few months only to find thr regular delivery time was changed by over 90 mins and the drop location change the day before increasing time to pick up. So again a last minute struggle to get someone to pick up my order. Im really disappointed that the Sunday drops are no longer an option and unfortunately will have to greatly reduce my ability to oreder

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Great quality. Decent prices for organic items. Certain products are quite high though Sometimes the flour bags aren't sealed well and product is lost and causes a mess.

Love Azure!
I usually order fresh fruit with my monthly truck order but was running low mid way through the month so ordered 20 pounds of organic pears to be delivered by carrier. My pears arrived in GREAT shape. I was so impressed that each one was wrapped to keep them from getting too bruised. Out of 20 pounds, only 1 of them had to be discard. Azure is the best - everything I order from them is high quality and I trust MUCH more than grocery stores!

Lately the dairy products arrive with…
Lately the dairy products arrive with one day before expiration. No desirable. I would not but dairy products from a local organic grocery store that expired the following day. And customer service has been less than helpful for members of my drop.
