I emailed to make sure they were able to authenticate my item before following through with my order and thier response was prompt and helpful with instructions on photographing the item. I sent through my photographs when placing my order and had my results within 24 hours.

Update: It’s only been about a week and I’ve already used Awethentigreat on several incoming bags that I’ve purchased recently and every time - the service received has been amazing! I’ve been utilizing both Awethentigreat and another authenticator and I much preferred the former. Awethentigreat’s simply my go-to and I couldn’t be happier having this kind of reliable support for my authentication needs. Thank you for everything! 💖Original: This was my very first time using Awethentigreat for their Prada authentication. Honestly, I’ve never bothered to use any authentication services up until now when I’ve just joined Whatnot and ordered several preloved luxury bags. Usually I’ll order them directly with the brands or shop at their stores, but who doesn’t love a good deal? Anyway, after testing out Real Authentication and Lunique London - I happened upon Awethentigreat since they offered Prada authentication. From start to finish, I’ve found them to be extremely consistent in their responses as well as kind, courteous and professional. In addition to that, they were patient and understanding. For the amount paid, it was all worth it. The very first and also most important thing for me would be customer service. Without it, I wouldn’t even bother being a returning customer but in this instance? I’d gladly do so. I’ll be needing their services again very soon for a couple of bags that are on their way to me. Very good services for good prices
