I was after an old Furygan jacket - automotoracing.com were the only place in Europe that had one. Every time I had a question about the jacket or the service (such as questions about delivery) - the question was answered very quickly. The jacket was delivered to me in the UK within 5 days of ordering. I'd 100% recommend this shop

I ordered a bag for my motorbike from them they told me it would take 15 to 20 days to be delivered. after the 20 days I still hadn't even received an email to say it had been posted. So I emailed them after another few days they replied to say they didn't have it in stock that it would be another week until they receive it from the manufacturer all the while it was still advertised as in stock. It still took another 2 weeks before they sent me the bag only after I told them I wanted a refund!!!
