After being trained for 1 hr I was supposed to have learned the whole role . Computer screens and script. The second day of training 5 days later I had to take live calls and was expected to know all the different screens , script and rebuttals. I'm a disabled army major veteran and the VA and ADA helps us vets who want to get back into the work environment. I sent a text explaining my our concerns explaining needs I might need I received a text from this company not knowing who they were because the script I was to read was for a life insurance license . Justin who said he was a owner of this company plainly said I was not going to be a fit aftef reading my text. He didn't even want to work with us disabled vets.
