Checked for about a year ago how much an oil change on my car would cost, and they have been spamming me with emails and calls since then. Even though I've asked them many times to stop calling me and take me off from their list.
I bought a white truck always find black smudges from black trim it is annoying it is bs.
They are scheduling more then a year out. Heaven help you if you have to cancel. Then it's another year. I bought in 2020and have only been able to get 4 treatments. They won't refund or pro rate, which I think they should because they aren't providing service AZ promised. I'd love to see a class action lawsuit.
I love the Auto Butler program. Every 6 months I bring my car in and it gets cleaned, vacuumed, and ceramic is applied to my car. It comes out looking amazing and protected. My dealer does a great job making sure it's done in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier!
I had Auto Butler reapplied at the Buick dealership on South I 35 in San Antonio. Griff, a representative from Auto Butler was there at the time. The service was the best and my car looks beautiful. Griff was a pleasure and an asset to Auto Butler.
I will never pay for Autobutler again what a scam. They don't do a good job on your vehicle for one. Second they give you a time limit on something you prepaid for meaning if you're really busy with work and life and miss the time frame they will expire your prepaid detailing. I'm glad I know what kind of service they are and I will always tell Pele to go get it done with a local detail company that actually cares about the work they do. I don't know how this place stays in business other than scamming new unsuspecting customers. Good thing I learned my lesson, now take it from me and don't waste your hard earned money on Auto Butler
If I could give this product a 0 I would. I took my car in every 6 months to have the auto butler serviced. I have stains which look like dirt etc got under the product. I was told I could peel it off but it might take off the paint. What! I paid all this money to keep my car looking great and now my car looks like it is dirty all the time! Do not get this product. It is a scam!

I couldn't give it a lower rating there was no option for a 0 star rating. Actually never got to use it because my dealer ( Galloway Ford Ft Myers) is almost impossible to deal with. When they sold me the service I was told " every six months we'll call you ,set an appointment and you come in for about two hours". 8 months went by and no call. I called them and was told it would be 3 months before they could give me an appointment. Decided to cancel the service and was told there were no refunds even though they couldn't fit me in. Never used the service and they kept the almost $400 I paid. Worst of all they don't care. I was told " You have to clear up why we didn't call you". Huh? Bad srevice, bad dealer. Stay away at all costs
Posted 2 jobs, for 3 garages to quote, had two prices back within an hour for the first, nothing til the next day for the second. In the space of 48 hours I had 6 phone calls, 8 texts and 8 emails all chasing to book a car in, I even had a confirmation of a booking which I hadn't made. Don't mind them chasing quotes, but at least give all the garages a chance to quote. I do find them useful and I have used them before, please don't harass us, we have other things to do in the day.
A good site, found me a garage to do my work, a lot cheaper then anywhere else and local to me and chased the garage and myself up to get booked in. Would recommend
I have a Peugeot 407 Coupe which I needed a ne clutch. I had been quoted from three different garages between £510.00 & £600 witch was why out of my budget. While I was looking on the internet I came across Auto butler I filled in my details and within 72 hours I had found a garage and job done. I am very happy with this because I found the prossce very easy and quick. I also saved nealy £300.00 pounds. Kind regards Andrew Foster
