Extremely disappointing experience – consumers deserve betterI am writing this review after exhausting every reasonable avenue to resolve my experience with Australian Skin Clinics.What I encountered was not just poor service, but a prolonged and distressing process marked by lack of transparency, ongoing delays, and inconsistent communication. Promises were made that were not honoured, and I was repeatedly told to wait without clear timelines or accountability.Despite raising my concerns multiple times and attempting to resolve the matter directly, I was left feeling dismissed, misled, and unsupported as a paying customer. The emotional toll of constantly having to chase answers, while being given shifting explanations, was significant.This experience has been serious enough that I have now escalated the matter beyond the company.I strongly encourage anyone considering this business to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and proceed with caution. Customers should never feel ignored, confused, or worn down when simply seeking what they paid for.I am still awaiting my refund of $1163.19 no services were commenced they are just holding onto my money unacceptable, unprofessional.This review is based entirely on my personal experience as I see I am not alone.As for the stars I wouldn't even give one.
