They made the process of working with them easy. This is my second year working with them. The first year was a lot of work given the number of wallets and transactions, etc. They were very helpful in uploading files if format was not Koinly compatible - I use Koinly for my crypto taxes. They were timely as well. Overall definitely worth the money. I will keep working with them.
I used Aurum for my 2025 tax return and must say they were very patient and understanding helping me with the submission of files and walking me through the video conference calls. They also answered all my question and offered to discuss any issues with my tax accountant in Spain as this is where I reside and file my full tax return. Very professional and understanding .
Abdul has been reconciling my crypto transactions through Koinly and helping me with crypto taxes for the last 3 years. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else to handle this delicate work other than him and his company.Thanks for the diligent and detailed work, as always. Highly recommend!

Overall a very good experience. There was one misunderstanding about the nature of the work at the beginning. I was under the impression they would help file my returns. Apart from that, they were responsive and good communicators. They managed to rationalise the mess my Koinly tracker was in. Would recommend.

Crypto taxes can be very stressful to deal with, especially if you do not know how they are taxed and how to account for them. After dealing with so many transactions, I was nervous about errors and numbers. I had no idea how much I owed and whether or not I would be able to pay for it. I tried to do it myself and paid for multiple software to figure out the numbers on my own, but each was telling me that I owed significantly more than I had. It was plaguing me for months.I reached out to multiple parties and firms for help. Each of them wanted me to pay them a tremendous amount of money to their services before they even started digging through my transactions- some even charging money just for a call. I thought nobody was going to be able to help me. That's when I found Aurum with Abdul and Arthur. They are true professionals and know how things work, and genuinely want to help. I hopped on a call with them and talked about the situation I was in. All of my worries were significantly reduced on that day, but I still had worries. Their assurance to help, however, put me in a better state.I can't say enough good things about this firm. They were not greedy, and had great intentions from the start. They were a true blessing. They were able to offer a reasonable price given the situation I was in that was far more affordable than other firms that simply wanted money from me. They helped tremendously with my taxes.
