This was the first time I ordered from this company. They were amazing from start to finish!! They sent me photos of the progress and always kept me up to date on what stage they were at. Love, love my painting ‘Talk’. We had a hole over our fireplace for a tv when we purchased our home and disliked the idea of the tv there. The painting not only covers the spot perfectly but adds just the perfect pop of color to the room. I also enjoy the message behind the painting of human connections. The company was very good with updates and it came to the front door in perfect condition!

All the reviews that I read about Art by Mausch were true. I was kept informed of the progress and was able to tweak the colors. It was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. It is the finishing touch to my guest bedroom. I would definitely order again!

Great experience from beginning to end. Plentiful selection of beautiful artwork, regular communication about the status of the order, and a relatively speedy experience given that our artwork was painted to order, framed, and shipped internationally (the painting arrived about a month after ordering).

Just got two pieces. They were very professional in all communication and did a great job. They took suggestions into account without hesitation. I can recommend them.

Service, quality and communication
The artwork is beautiful and framing is top notch. The communication process was excellent. My only concern is that I did not expect to have added expenses on top of what I paid initially. It was recommended to get better packaging for international shipping which was close to $200, and I also had to pay Canadian duties, so close to $300.00 extra.
