Cool product works how it should showed up before estimated delivery date and decent price point, all important to me and honestly was blown away cause it looks really nice.
I had a frustrating experience ordering directly from ART3D’s business website. After placing my order, I was contacted and told the item was out of stock. What didn’t sit right with me is that I was then told the exact same item was available on Amazon where ART3D is also the seller — but at a higher price.That felt like a classic bait-and-switch situation. If the product wasn’t actually unavailable and could still be sold through another channel at a higher cost, that should have been disclosed upfront before I placed my order.I understand inventory issues happen, but transparency matters. This experience left me feeling misled, and it’s made me hesitant to order directly from the company again. I hope ART3D improves how they handle stock availability and pricing consistency going forward.

Delivery was quick and the product is good quality
floor looks beautiful! The folks at Art3d were also very helpful after UPS accidentally damaged a few of the packages of floor planks during shipment, promptly sending out replacement packages.
Quality Ceiling Tiles. Less flimsy (thicker) than alternative suppliers equivalent looking product. I've ordered small quantities from a variety of manufacturers and The Art3D product has performed best.
I placed an order for some samples of 3d wall panels. I immediately received a response letting me know that they did not have the samples available now, but they would have them available mid December. They offered a refund if I did not want to wait. I responded because they were prompt with their notification, that I could wait. I think that we can all agree, that when a company is honest with you, you tend to trust the company and their product. It makes me feel comfortable with whatever decision I make regarding my purchase. I received those wall panels just as they said, promptly mid December. I look forward to my New Year 2026 DIY project(s) with 3D Art wall panels.

I did not ralize these were not real wood. There was no mention of the slats are an image wrapped around a MMDF core. Shipping was quick.
