They had a CD that was already sold out everywhere and the website was very easily traversible!

Saving me from my own idiocy
Like a total idiot I accidentally ordered the same thing twice a couple of months apart. But I realized too late and the second order was already packed. So Emma in support solved my problem with some quick out of the box thinking. Really appreciated it.

A very special exclusive vinyl to me

Only one thing was wrong
Only one thing was wrong, and that was the vinyl having some small marks on it that you can kinda hear when you play it. I don't mind too much because I got a minecraft vinyl, so it's supposed to sound a little scratchy. That's all.

A good company with some room for improvement.
I have been ordering from Arcline USA for about half a year now, so they are obviously doing something right to maintain my patronage.They are timely when processing & shipping out records that they have in stock (excluding back-ordered products).There are constant delivery updates to keep you in the know about the status of your order, which is a feature I utilize constantly.The Arcline response team is quite quick to get back in touch with you if you send them an email during company hours, and they are very helpful in their responses on explaining/solving any troubles you may be having with your orders.Concerns:My main concern with Arcline USA is that I have ordered a few vinyls, and due to delays/inventory deficient shipments of some partner companies that Arcline is paired with, I have yet to receive my purchases despite the estimated fulfillment dates passing. While this is not necessarily a failing on Arcline USA, these negative occurrences still throw some dirt on Arcline's name.Overall, I do enjoy shopping with Arcline USA, and have little to no complaints about the company itself. I just hope that they have better/more reliable partners in the future.Cheers to the Arcline Team, and I hope that you & your company have a tremendous year!

Simply the best
Simply the best, they care for their customers. Har zero issues on multiple orders throughout the year. I even participated on their free mystery vinyl event if i did a review. Because i wanted it went out of my element to do the video review. Just got today my new order along with the mystery and boy was worth it. You can see they took lots of time to review my style of music.

Highly recommend
I had been trying to find the Call Me By Your Name Soundtrack Vinyl for months, but every store I found was over priced until I found Arcline. Great pricing and The vinyl came in perfect condition with a protective sleeve on it, not a single scratch! I purchased internationally and it arrived exactly when it said it would. Highly recommend, will be purchasing from here again!
